You opt in to receive text messages by initiating contact with us first, namely by calling or texting one of our business numbers above. Our toll-free line (833) 962-1442 uses a missed-call text-back service: if you call and the call is not answered, we send you a single automated text so you can reach us by reply or arrange a callback.

By calling or texting our business numbers, you agree to receive SMS responses from Dominion Digital in connection with your inquiry. We do not send unsolicited, bulk, or marketing text messages. We only message people who have contacted us first.

3. What messages you will receive

Messages are customer-care and transactional replies related to the contact you initiated: for example, acknowledging a missed call, answering a question, or coordinating a time to speak. A typical message reads:

"Hi, this is Dominion Digital. Sorry we missed your call to (833) 962-1442. Reply here and we'll help, or let us know a good time to call you back. Reply STOP to opt out."

4. Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us and is typically low. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

5. How to opt out or get help

• Opt out: Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting you.

6. Privacy

We do not sell your information. No mobile information or SMS opt-in data is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Data may be shared with service providers that help deliver our messaging (such as our telephony provider) solely to operate the service.
